Paideia Academy is a PreK-6
magnet school within the Cincinnati Public Schools District that features
Paideia-based instruction and a supporting museum school concept. Silverton Paideia, located in the quiet residential neighborhood of the City of Silverton,
serves as a Community Learning Center that offers extensive afterschool
activities, as well as an onsite school health center.
Silverton Paideia is proud of its diverse population. Its students represent more than 30 different communities in the Cincinnati area. Silverton Paideia is also proud of its continued evidence of student academic growth for all of its demographic subgroups, including the school's primary and elementary autism and multiple disabilities population. This is a tribute to the commitment of its dedicated teaching staff, highly qualified educators averaging more than 20 years experience in the classroom.
Silverton Paideia Educational Philosophy is guided by the principles of the Paideia philosophy.

In order to accomplish this, Silverton Paideia Academy features the following:
- A strong liberal arts course of study for all students
- Hands-on math and science instruction
- Socratic seminar discussion to
foster students' expression and defense for opinions
about important issues and ideas
- Integration of the museum school
concept to encourage students' application of new
knowledge and skills through arts integration and inquiry,
- The utilization of small group activities in which students practice specific skills
- The use of teachers as “coaches” to help students learn
